Assessment Center for HR Professionals

The Assessment and Development Centres (ACDC) Certification is a self-paced learning program designed to build a strong understanding of the principles and practices of behavioral assessment in organizations.

Through a structured series of video-based learning modules, participants explore human behavior, competency frameworks, assessment centre design, behavioral assessment tools, evidence-based evaluation, result integration, feedback, and individual development planning.

Participants progress through the learning material independently and complete a certification examination to demonstrate their understanding of the concepts covered. The certificate is awarded upon successfully clearing the examination, recognizing the participant’s knowledge of the Assessment and Development Centre methodology and its application in organizational settings.
