The CHRMP Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Certificate is designed to build the strategic judgment required to operate at the executive level of human resources.
The program moves beyond functional HR topics to focus on the enterprise responsibilities of the CHRO — aligning people strategy with business priorities, influencing senior stakeholders, managing organizational risk, and shaping leadership systems that support growth and resilience.
